Module 9 — Integration and your own system
Course plan → the course overview. Previous → Module 8 — Context and honesty. The final module: a stable personal practice out of what you've covered.
Why this module
The course is done — time to assemble your own: a stable personal rhythm of practice, your own "rulebook," and a plan to continue. The course ends, the experiment doesn't.
After this module you: have a personal runescript practice that you run yourself, and a plan for the next cycle.
Bring it into a system
- Your rhythm of state (from M3): which breath/posture/galdr sequence is really yours, when and how often.
- Your working runes and your relationships with them (from M1/M2): which runes respond to your goals and how you address them.
- Your runescript template (from M4–M6): how you personally go through the 6 steps.
- Your rhythm of evaluation (from M7): how often you review the journal, which learning-goals.
- Your honesty filter (from M0, M8): the layer tags and the log — at the foundation forever.
Module practice — a personal codex
- Write a personal "rulebook" of practice (1–2 pages): your rhythm, your runes, your assembly template, your rhythm of evaluation, your principles of honesty.
- Reread the journal for the whole course: what really worked for you — and by what means (a mechanism) — and what didn't. Write out the conclusions.
- Set a plan for the next cycle: 1–2 new goals + runescripts for them.
- Decide where to go deeper: new runes/rows, the body mini-track (taiji/rune-yoga), new sources — under honest tagging.
The honest boundary
- Your system is an open experiment, not dogma; revise it based on the journal's data.
- Don't turn "it worked a couple of times" into "a law of the universe" — keep confirmation bias in mind.
- What you took from the revival — remember as a reconstruction; what from history — as history.
Course-completion checklist
- There's a personal "rulebook" of practice.
- I've drawn conclusions from the journal (what works for me and why).
- There's a plan for the next cycle (goals + runescripts).
- The practice runs by itself, without the course holding your hand.
What's next (beyond the course)
- Deepening the body track (a separate mini-course of taiji/rune-yoga) — if you want.
- New sources for the practice (Aswynn and others), all under layer tagging.
- Expanding the rune reference / your own runescript templates.
