Body — the mini-track (overview)

A deepening of Module 3 — Body and state: there — the principle, here — the concrete forms. This is the "state engine" (layer 2 of the runescript loop) in detail. Course plan → the course overview.

Why a mini-track

Module 3 gives the idea "breath + posture + galdr + anchor." Here is what exactly to do with hands and body: concrete stances, breathing forms, and rune postures, so the body reliably brings you into a collected state.

Two streams (do NOT merge them)

  1. Taiji / qigong — relaxation-in-the-vertical, standing-post stance, slow breathing, the dantian and the "orbit" as maps of attention. A well-known bodily foundation. → body basics (breath, stance, relaxation).
  2. Stadhagaldr / "rune-yoga" — rune postures (stödhur) + galdr; the body "draws" the rune. German Runengymnastik (rune gymnastics; Kummer/Marby, 20th c.) via Thorsson. → stadhagaldr (the rune postures).
