Body — diagrams of the 24 postures (visual gallery)
Realistic shots of the 24 rune postures (stadhagaldr) — a visual reference for the embodied option: the body draws the rune's glyph. The shape is symbolic — not exact angles and not a sport. Full descriptions (body/arms/legs/orientation/galdr/effect) → stadhagaldr (the rune postures). ⚠️
practice-instruction, the effects[unverified], a 20th-c. reconstruction.

⚠️ How to read this (important)
- A posture = the body draws the rune's glyph. The shape is symbolic, not exact angles and not a sport — Thorsson writes outright "none require… straining of the body" (see the conclusion in stadhagaldr (the rune postures)).
- What they're for: a bodily anchor to focus on the chosen rune and enter the state (the "state engine" of the runescript loop, Module 6 — Assembling a runescript). Not mandatory — for Thorsson himself the stadha is "an alternate mode of expression."
- Everything below =
practice-instruction; the "claimed" effects =[unverified]; the method = a 20th-c. reconstruction. - The images were generated for the project from the posture descriptions; the figure is deliberately clothed so the posture reads. Some postures are an anatomical compromise (e.g. Eihwaz), in the spirit of "form > sport."
